Did you know that with the 10 people that stayed in our game for the Fall, since the beginning of the summer, we have lost 69.6 pounds?? That's great! Keep up the good work! You may think you are not getting anywhere, but you ARE! You are attempting to change your life. That takes courage, determination and will power and not everyone can do it.
